Makers Freyssinet Open Day - A92 Jubilee Bervie Bridge

Tuesday, 27th January 2009 - Return to the index

Makers Freyssinet, one of the UK's leading structural repair contractors, is currently carrying out one of the largest Impressed Cathodic Protection Systems being installed to a concrete structure in this country.
We offer you the opportunity to see this work being carried out on site and find out more about concrete repairs to structures, particularly Cathodic Protection Systems.

The A92 Jubilee Bridge is situated some 15 miles north of Montrose and 25 miles south of Aberdeen in North East Scotland. The work consists of the installation of over 8500 discrete anodes with associated wiring and monitoring, together with extensive concrete repairs using hydrodemolition and sprayed concrete techniques.

On Wednesday 4th March 2009, we are holding series of seminars explaining how the system works and giving an insight into Makers Freyssinet's approach to the contract. There will also be an opportunity to visit the site and see the works being carried out.

Please contact us for a booking form by either calling Paula McGinley on 01236 780 622 or by email pmcginley@freyssinet.co.uk.  As space is limited we would urge you to return your booking form by no later than 12th February to ensure your place at this event.
