Freyssinet Limited has acquired the majority of the Northern Infrastructure business assets of Makers UK Limited, a subsidiary of Keller Group plc. The acquisition was completed on 10th October 2007.
The assets comprise most of the active contracts in Scotland, Ireland and Northern England. All employees will transfer as part of the acquisition.
The acquisition forms part of Freyssinet’s strategy of expansion in its repair activities by strengthening and diversifying the geographical base and client portfolio in the UK.
The new business will trade under the name Makers Freyssinet.
